A lot goes on behind the scenes at Senge Graphics. It might be little known that we are actually a pretty small company with only 6 employees and 2 bosses. This week we're getting personal and introducing you to our workers!

• Steve
  • Owner
  • Steve is one of the owners here at Senge Graphics. He makes and tests the templates that we use to make our graphics. He does any graphics installs or vehicle wraps we might take on. Steve also takes care of ordering materials and the business end of things.
• Don
  • Owner
  • Don is the other owner here (and also Steve's brother). Don is in charge of the design side of the company. He is a designer, runs the website and uploads the products you see. He has also been dipping into some web design skills lately- an update you will see coming soon!
• Austin
  • Customer Service
  • If you've ever contacted customer service here, chances are you've talked to Austin. Austin has been here for 5 years and answers all questions that come through our texts, emails or messages. He handles communication with our customers whether it's for proofs, returns, replacement pieces, or general questions. He also helps with shipping and production when needed. 
• Connor
  • Production/shipping
  • Connor has been working here for 3 years. He is on the production end including laminating, using the vinyl cutter and packaging then shipping kits. He also takes inventory for Steve and stocks materials. 
• Alana
  • Production/shipping
  • Alana is our newest part-time employee and has been here for a few months. She has a background in graphic design and production. She laminates, uses the vinyl cutter and ships kits as well as helping Connor wherever needed. 
• Vanessa
  • Designer
  • Vanessa is the longest running employee with 9 years here. She is a designer as well as printing and proofs. Vanessa does a lot of the custom kits, especially the ones for our sponsored riders. She also comes up with new designs and works on updates when new bikes come out. See some of her work below!

• Marissa
  • Designer
  • That's me. I've been working here for 3 years. I'm a designer as well as printing and proofs. If you've seen Ronnie Rusch or Cole Richardson's kits in the last few years, you've seen my work. I update this blog and assist with web design. I might also make a meme or 2 of Don along the way. 
• Natasha 
  • Designer
  • Natasha is our newest designer and has been here for about a year and a half. She is the main one exporting and printing our daily orders from the website, Amazon and eBay. Natasha also assists with template updates, making sales pictures for the website, and production when needed.

A lot more goes on here than what is mentioned above, but that's the basics of how we operate. We're a small company with a laid back work environment while getting it all done. All of us are the ones working together to ship your graphics within 1 business day from proofs, to designing, printing, production, shipping and all the little steps in between. 

We've also started getting into custom decals. Customers can upload their own artwork and choose from many different shapes, materials and laminates. We will be adding more ordering options (including directly from our site), but for now you can order from our Amazon store here!
