Have you ever noticed when we upload new designs to our website? We are always adding new designs for our customers to pick from. Keep reading for an inside scoop on our design process!

So, where do we get our ideas from? This answer can vary. Sometimes our new ideas come randomly and other times they are well-thought out. 

Sometimes our customers give us ideas! They will message us to order a custom kit with reference images. We will use those to create something new while keeping their vision in mind. If we really like the kit, we might alter it to make it our own and continue to make it for other dirt bike models, then list it on our website! 

Other times, when we are bored we will come up with ideas based on whatever we can think of. We like to use riding gear as inspiration, that way your graphics can be cohesive with what you are wearing. Check out our article about matching your graphics to your gear! 

Another case could be that we had a specific idea in mind. For example, the MX number plates we came up with were thought out before we started creating them. These are perfect for the people who want a clean and simple feel while keeping the stock look on their dirt bike. This is especially great for bikes like the new KTMs that have designs on the shrouds already. Our plates can be customized with logos and colors as well as names and numbers to fit your needs!

As always, we can also create something unique to you. You can order semi-custom dirt bike graphics directly from our website. It allows you to change colors and logos on existing designs, as well as add your name and number with fonts of your choice. If the logos you wish to use aren't already in our database, you also have the option of emailing us vector files to use, or we can type them out. 

On the other hand, if you wanted a fully custom kit, you can message us at support@sengegraphics with details on what you are looking for. A lot of the fully custom kits we do are for our sponsored team riders. We can use other graphics, images, patterns and much more as design inspiration. We will then create a proof for you to review. 

The design process for a custom kit broken down into details:

1. We locate the templates in our database for the correct dirt bike, ATV, Stacyc, SXS or sled.

2. We add the design onto that template. We might create the artwork ourselves from scratch, or choose vector images from Vectorstock for more complex ideas.

3. Next, we add the logos the customer requested.

4. Lastly, we will add the specs such as the year range, model(s) the template will work for, the design/colors, and the materials. We like to list the materials (meaning the vinyl base as well as the laminate) and information so the customer understands exactly what they are getting. 

5. After step 4, the proof will be saved by the designer and sent to the customer by customer service. From there, our designers will await changes and update anything necessary before printing.
